He has managed transformations in the private sector in more than 40 companies and in the public sector, where he leads cost accounting for the Special Administrative Unit for Road Rehabilitation and Maintenance of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá.

A graduate in Communications from the Pontifical Javeriana University, he holds a specialization in Strategic Leadership and Management from the University of Illinois. He is certified in Brand Management by the London Business School. He has 25 years of experience in Colombia, working at agencies such as McCann World Group, where he managed accounts like Nestlé, El Tiempo, and Universidad de la Sabana; at Havas, for Bell South and Mattel; and at Creatown with the brand portfolio of Rentec S.A.S. between 2006-2011 and 2021-2023. He also worked in China with Brandesse Associates as International Business Manager. In Brazil, he has participated in international business matchmaking events organized by the FIEA System / Casa da Indústria.
